Terms & Conditions<\/h2>

These Terms & Conditions govern all Photo Booth bookings with CM Experience. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.<\/p>

1. Booking & Deposit<\/strong><\/p>

  • A non-refundable deposit<\/strong> is required to secure your event date.<\/p><\/li>

  • Your booking is not confirmed<\/strong> until the deposit is received.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Payment<\/strong><\/p>

    • The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, before setup begins<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    • Service will not begin until payment is complete.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Access Requirements<\/strong><\/p>

      You must provide:<\/p>

      • Access to the venue at least 1 hour before<\/strong> the start time<\/p><\/li>

      • Suitable parking for the vehicle and equipment<\/p><\/li>

      • Notification of any access restrictions<\/p><\/li>

      • A standard mains power socket within 5 metres<\/strong> of the setup area<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Failure to provide suitable access may result in delayed service or cancellation without refund.<\/p>

        4. Equipment Provided<\/strong><\/p>

        Your hire includes:<\/p>

        • Fully functional Magic Mirror Photo Booth<\/p><\/li>

        • Camera, printer, and touchscreen interface<\/p><\/li>

        • Props<\/p><\/li>

        • Lighting equipment<\/p><\/li>

        • On-site booth attendant for the full hire period<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          5. Space & Setup Requirements<\/strong><\/p>

          • The Client must ensure there is adequate safe space for setup.<\/p><\/li>

          • CM Experience may refuse setup if the area is unsafe or unsuitable.<\/p><\/li>

          • No refunds will be issued if setup is refused due to unsuitable conditions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            6. Damage & Misuse<\/strong><\/p>

            You are responsible for:<\/p>

            • Ensuring guests treat the equipment respectfully<\/p><\/li>

            • Any loss or damage caused by negligence, misuse, or disorderly behaviour<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              Charges may apply for damaged or broken equipment, props, or accessories.<\/p>

              7. Date Changes<\/strong><\/p>

              • Requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before<\/strong> the event.<\/p><\/li>

              • Changes are subject to availability and require a new agreement.<\/p><\/li>

              • Both parties must agree to the new date.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                8. Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>

                • All deposits are non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

                • Cancellations made less than 14 days before<\/strong> the event require full payment of the remaining balance.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  9. Use of Photos<\/strong><\/p>

                  By booking, you agree that event photos may be used for CM Experience marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.<\/p>

                  10. Technical Failure<\/strong><\/p>

                  While we maintain all equipment to a high standard:<\/p>

                  • If a malfunction occurs, we will attempt on-site repairs.<\/p><\/li>

                  • If unresolved, liability is limited to a partial or full refund<\/strong> based on service lost.<\/p><\/li>

                  • CM Experience is not responsible for venue-related issues (power cuts, restricted space, etc.).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                    11. Entire Agreement<\/strong><\/p>

                    This forms the entire agreement between the Client and CM Experience.
                    Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.<\/p>

                    12. Acceptance<\/strong><\/p>

                    By booking with CM Experience, you confirm that you:<\/p>

                    • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions<\/p><\/li>
