Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all Photo Booth bookings with CM Experience. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, before setup begins.
Service will not begin until payment is complete.
3. Access Requirements
You must provide:
Access to the venue at least 1 hour before the start time
Suitable parking for the vehicle and equipment
Notification of any access restrictions
A standard mains power socket within 5 metres of the setup area
Failure to provide suitable access may result in delayed service or cancellation without refund.
4. Equipment Provided
Your hire includes:
Fully functional Magic Mirror Photo Booth
Camera, printer, and touchscreen interface
Props
Lighting equipment
On-site booth attendant for the full hire period
5. Space & Setup Requirements
The Client must ensure there is adequate safe space for setup.
CM Experience may refuse setup if the area is unsafe or unsuitable.
No refunds will be issued if setup is refused due to unsuitable conditions.
6. Damage & Misuse
You are responsible for:
Ensuring guests treat the equipment respectfully
Any loss or damage caused by negligence, misuse, or disorderly behaviour
Charges may apply for damaged or broken equipment, props, or accessories.
7. Date Changes
Requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before the event.
Changes are subject to availability and require a new agreement.
Both parties must agree to the new date.
8. Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event require full payment of the remaining balance.
9. Use of Photos
By booking, you agree that event photos may be used for CM Experience marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.
10. Technical Failure
While we maintain all equipment to a high standard:
If a malfunction occurs, we will attempt on-site repairs.
If unresolved, liability is limited to a partial or full refund based on service lost.
CM Experience is not responsible for venue-related issues (power cuts, restricted space, etc.).
11. Entire Agreement
This forms the entire agreement between the Client and CM Experience.
Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
12. Acceptance
By booking with CM Experience, you confirm that you:
